Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trial Attorney (Remote - Utah Bar Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Represents insured individuals and the company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits
• Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
• Offers counsel to business clients on legal matters and manages projects among legal teams

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Utah
• Experience in handling bodily injury and property damage lawsuits
• Strong background in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
• Ability to monitor and evaluate new laws and regulations
• Experience in providing legal counsel to business clients
