Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre Access Central Scheduler to manage patient scheduling and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for various appointments and procedures
• Handle high call volumes and manage multiple phone calls across departments
• Transcribe external orders and validate patient insurance information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 4 years of revenue cycle experience
• Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle or contact center experience
• Excellent computer skills and ability to self-resolve technical issues
• Experience with multi-channel phone systems
• Ability to mentor new hires as needed
