Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lab Technician (Implants).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors to review and refine treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes
• Provide live clinical support to clinicians through various communication channels
• Facilitate communication between doctors and lab teams, translating feedback into production outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a dental technician role
• 3+ years of experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including implant and crown & bridge cases
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows and implant systems
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians in a customer-facing lab role
• Technologically adept with a quick learning ability for dental design platforms
