Job Summary

A company is looking for a Caregiver Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to caregivers and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding support to current and potential caregivers, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction
  • Achieve complete resolutions for caregiver inquiries and collaborate with the Customer Support & Operations teams
  • Troubleshoot questions about the app and website, and assist caregivers with ride and account issues
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in written and verbal communications in both English and Spanish
  • Prior experience in customer success, customer support, or call centers
  • Ability to multitask effectively while providing excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with Kustomer is preferred
  • Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure and work collaboratively in a team setting
