Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Testing Customer Service Support Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high call volume, averaging ~75 calls per day from patients and insurance carriers
  • Assist clients and patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage and billing
  • Document conversations and maintain accurate records in the billing system
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree with 1+ years of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior healthcare experience, especially in medical billing and collections, is preferred
  • Ability to interpret insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in a high call volume customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes is strongly preferred
