Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Onboarding Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement strategies to streamline onboarding processes for brokers and customers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials and resources
  • Manage process optimization projects and act as a point of escalation for complex client queries
Qualifications/Education
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in customer service, account management, or onboarding/implementation
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in customer service or contact center management
  • Advanced training or certifications in leadership or process improvement preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and implement performance improvement strategies
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in leading teams through organizational changes and knowledge of insurance regulations
