Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or account management
• Technical aptitude for learning tools and troubleshooting basic issues
• Strong time management skills to handle a high volume of accounts
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Preferred experience with restaurant operations, SaaS tools, or voice technology
