Ohio Licensed Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned employee benefits groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with internal partners to successfully launch pet insurance benefits
• Act as a consultative partner to clients post-sale, maximizing value and ensuring a positive experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing new business opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of relationship management, account management, or related experience
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
• Ability to apply knowledge and basic problem-solving techniques
• Familiarity with standard practices and procedures for analyzing situations or data
