Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (6-Month Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of employer clients and serve as the primary contact for client-related needs
• Maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction, collaborating with channel partners to manage strategic relationships
• Provide strategic analysis of member engagement performance and manage client issues and escalations

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in account management or client services in digital health, healthcare, or SaaS
• Strong passion for healthcare and experience influencing organizational change
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a track record of high client satisfaction
• Experience working with C-level executives and managing a high volume of clients
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, and/or Microsoft suite is preferred
