Job Summary

A company is looking for a COBRA Employer Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day COBRA administration for Employers and Partners
  • Manage annual renewal processes and respond to client inquiries within service level agreements
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing necessary reporting and resolving escalations
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with COBRA administration and related tools is a plus
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Familiarity with Employer Group plan designs and file schedules
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible holidays and overtime
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred
