Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Manager, Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction by nurturing business relationships and responding to client needs
• Oversee client implementations, expansions, and special projects, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
• Monitor performance against client and internal objectives, managing reporting and service level metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in managed care, health plans, government programs, and/or client management
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven client services experience at the executive level
• Experience in executing complex projects on-time and within budget
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively
