Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Special Investigations Unit intake and triage, including research on tips received
• Coordinate projects and processes to ensure key milestones and service levels are met
• Support identifying and implementing process improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in healthcare Special Investigations Unit or related field
• 1+ years of experience using data to drive improvements
• 1+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
• 1+ years of experience presenting information and recommendations to Senior Leadership
