Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and report status
• Utilize systems to enter and retrieve client information, maintaining contact with the QA department
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and assisting in resolution of customer complaints

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of clerical experience preferred, with experience in a medical office or insurance industry being a plus
• Must possess knowledge of general computer and office equipment
• Typing speed of at least 40 W.P.M. is required
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
