Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 Service Desk Support, including service ticket intake, triage, and follow-up
  • Administer Microsoft Active Directory and assist with managing the Office 365 environment
  • Install and configure hardware and software, and maintain inventory of equipment and licenses
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of PC/Mac support experience
  • Technical certification or post-secondary education in computer systems is preferred
  • Solid understanding of various operating systems, including Microsoft Windows and Apple/Mac
  • Knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and tools like ConnectWise Manage is a plus
