Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Adjuster - Attorney Represented.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle complex cases
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in bodily injury claims (preferred)
• Experience managing 15-20 exposures per week
• Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims
• Understanding of vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Mentorship experience for junior employees is a plus
