Key Responsibilities

• Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
• Enforce HIPAA compliance and maintain necessary guidelines for stakeholders
• Support pharmacists with medication reviews and provide clerical assistance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
• Ability to work independently on special projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Preferred: Associate's Degree and 3-5 years of healthcare industry experience
