Human Resources Generalist

This is not a remote position. Candidates must currently be willing to work onsite. Therefore, we are only considering candidates who live within a commutable distance from our Allentown, PA facility.

Position Responsibilities

Responsible for onboarding of new employees including preparation of new hire paperwork
Daily employee interaction and floor presence: resolving issues, answering questions, and working with employees and managers to encourage a culture of positive employee relations.
Ensures that all policies are implemented and enforced consistently and fairly.
Provides updates and regular communication to the HR manager on building activity and escalates issues in a timely manner
Responsible for managing all HR systems for areas of responsibility including ADP, HRIS, JDE, etc.
Creates and maintains employee files and ensures all information is held in the strictest confidence.
Perform other related job duties as required, within the scope of training and expertise

Required Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred and 3+ years of previous HR experience required
Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility is preferred
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and payroll management systems required
Proven ability to conduct employee training required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently required
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Salary range - $50,160-$62,700
