Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and providers through various communication channels
• Manage daily assignments to support the Care Coordination team, including scheduling appointments and processing referrals
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting required
• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
• Active and in good standing certification as a Medical Assistant (e.g., CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA)
