Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide educational support and tools for members to manage their health concerns
• Assist members with adverse determinations and the appeal process
• Coordinate necessary medical care and community referrals while tracking all activities for documentation

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN compact license
• 2+ years of acute nursing experience
• 2+ years of case management experience
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Word, Outlook)
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
