RN Training and Quality Clinician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training & Quality Clinician RN - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Support performance review initiatives to enhance quality assurance across various business lines
• Provide educator-led training to address clinical errors and drive sustained performance improvement
• Develop relationships with internal peers and leadership to innovate and improve care delivery mechanisms

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in their state of residence
• 5 years of managed care experience, including Case Management, UM, or Precert
• Experience in training and relationship management
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to innovate solutions to operational challenges
