About The Role

As an Account Executive at Cents, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of laundry SMB’s all around the country. Your approach will be consultative, focusing on prospecting, relationship-building, and expanding our customer base within your designated territory. By immersing yourself in their operations and understanding their unique requirements, you'll craft customized solutions that propel their business towards success, no matter the circumstances. In a space where true competition is sparse, we're counting on your passion, dedication, and drive to help us rise above and be the best.


What You’ll Do
  • Reach out to and sell laundromat owners a new Saas product to grow their business. These meetings will occur in person, via Zoom video calls, and occasionally regional events. 
  • Own the end-to-end sales process and assist in the handoff to the Customer Success Management team.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams that are focused on building and iterating on these products and the sales process behind them.
  • Be an expert in all aspects of Cents and our product line.
  • Help us create and iterate on an internal playbook for future salespeople to ensure the company's success and ability to grow.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to upper management to ensure our product matches our customers' needs.


About You
  • Prior experience leading an end-to-end sales cycle, preferably in SaaS sales, solutions or implementations. 
  • Comfort with cold outreach and prospecting is a must.
  • Proven ability to work with existing clients to upsell, cross-sell, or expand.
  • Highly skilled in discovery, requirements gathering, needs analyses, and price negotiations.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding KPIs and quotas.
  • A highly driven, collaborative, and optimistic personality.
  • The ability to move conversations in a mutually beneficial direction.
  • The desire and ability to learn from feedback and constantly improve.


Qualifications
  • You have 2+ years in a sales role (preferably SaaS).
  • You are creative, persistent and passionate about sales and have a dynamic personality.
  • You are comfortable working in a scaling startup environment. 
  • You adapt quickly, value collaboration and thrive in ambiguity.
  • You are tech-savvy and navigate sales and internal tools quickly. 
  • 2 years experience with Salesforce & Outreach.io are a must.
  • Experience in outside and/or field sales, with the ability to meet in-person with prospective customers is a preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience with POS/payments is a nice to have.


$60,000 - $150,000 a year
Commission is not capped
