Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to members, pharmacies, and providers
• Work in a monitored call queue to meet service level goals
• Maintain member privacy by adhering to HIPAA regulations and handle member inquiries and complaints

Required Qualifications

• Current Pharmacy Technician license
• Minimum of one year of experience in a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), or Health Plan setting
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Call center experience is preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is a plus
