• Handle service requests, inquiries, and transactions for National Accounts clients
• Maintain customer relationships and enhance service functions to exceed expectations
• Document requests and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS Office and strong keyboarding skills
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to service requests
• Must live and work in the US
