Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career Coach to provide personalized coaching and job search support to early-career tech job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support a caseload of 30-50 job seekers through regular one-on-one sessions focused on job search strategies
• Provide actionable feedback and encouragement to help job seekers stay motivated and accountable
• Deliver workshops and maintain organized coaching notes while collaborating with the Career Mentor program

Required Qualifications

• Experience in 1:1 coaching, career advising, mentoring, or related support roles
• Strong understanding of job search best practices for early-career or tech-related roles
• Highly organized with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through
• Background in career services, workforce development, education, or coaching preferred
• Experience in tech or bootcamp settings is a plus but not required
