Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate high-impact learning programs to build leadership capacity
• Collaborate with senior leadership and teams to assess training needs and implement learning solutions
• Support employees and leaders through coaching initiatives and organizational culture change

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Considerable experience in adult learning principles and design
• Experience collaborating with leaders and managing learning projects
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning experiences in hybrid environments
• Experience coaching employees and leaders through transitions and growth
• Agility with design and productivity applications such as Articulate and MS Teams
