Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Education Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and academic advising to students, promoting educational services at military installations
• Maintain proficiency with CRM systems and support outreach projects and events for military and civilian installations
• Coordinate testing services and ensure compliance with testing rules and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in higher education
• Ability to proficiently use MS Office Products
• Experience working with military or military students is preferred
• General knowledge of higher education practices and procedures is preferred
