Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in career advising, counseling, human resources, or recruiting
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Word and Excel
• Experience with professional social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
• Ability to work with diverse populations and special employment needs
