Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and maintain digital learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the creative development and production of customer-facing instructional materials using Articulate 360 and video production software
• Organize and manage timely reviews and iterations of instructional documents with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Maintain organized electronic libraries of instructional materials and report on task progress following organizational standards

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Communications, Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design models and adult learning theory
• Experience with Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs
• Experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industry preferred
