Facilitate patients through the surgery review process and manage a case load across various clients
Coordinate scheduling and approval processes for surgery requests and maintain accurate case information
Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of customer relationship and phone center experience
Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, and contact center-style phone systems
Prior healthcare industry experience with knowledge of medical terminology and health benefits claim process
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 11:30a-8:00p MT
Experience managing a high-volume caseload
