Required Qualifications

• Skilled in Motivational Interviewing or similar change-supporting approaches
• Familiarity with systems like Medicaid, SNAP, and public housing
• Experience working with low-income individuals or those with chronic conditions
• Comfortable with remote work and using digital tools for organization and documentation
