Monitor, review, and process Gap claims in accordance with established service levels
Handle potential and actual Gap claim calls while adhering to call handling requirements
Complete end-to-end Gap claim functions accurately and in compliance with regulations and policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
Experience in Gap claim process preferred
Knowledge of Gap claim regulations and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
