Job Summary

A company is looking for a GAP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and process Gap claims in accordance with established service levels
• Handle potential and actual Gap claim calls while adhering to call handling requirements
• Complete end-to-end Gap claim functions accurately and in compliance with regulations and policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
• Experience in Gap claim process preferred
• Knowledge of Gap claim regulations and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
