Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel - Contracts & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and compliance risks
• Support compliance programs and maintain legal documentation and records

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and a current member of a US state bar
• 7+ years of experience in corporate and/or commercial law
• 10+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and applicable regulations
• Strong team building and leadership experience, including managing direct reports
