Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance in a digital health environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on product development, feature releases, and AI initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state privacy laws, and other regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and monitor healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• JD degree with active bar membership
• 8+ years of legal experience in technology, SaaS, and/or healthcare sectors
• Expertise in privacy law (HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR)
• Experience advising on SaaS products and services
• Strong understanding of AI legal and ethical considerations
