Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate - Class of 2022 / 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting active discovery processes
• Drafting responses to document requests
• Preparing depositions and drafting motions

Required Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 2+ years of solid litigation experience post law school
• Experience at a structured litigation team (smaller or mid-tier firm background acceptable)
• Strong interest in business disputes and commercial litigation
