This position is based out of our New London, CT office on a hybrid basis. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization.
Your Impact:
We are looking for a Client Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. You will manage accounts in conjunction with the Sales team, as well as create reports, presentations and marketing materials, and be a key piece in a team driven culture. This position moves quickly and requires strong interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail. Additionally, we seek a great communicator who has the ability to welcome challenges, thrive in a small team environment, and who is eager to learn new skills.

You will need to be proactive in anticipating customer needs and comfortable being the primary point of contact for them. From coordinating initial onboarding processes to marketing new programs, you’ll be juggling multiple tasks, including tracking client activity in Salesforce while staying updated with our internal systems. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required, along with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for helping others succeed.
