Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage client accounts for a legal marketing firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the intake process
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs
  • Review marketing results with clients and recommend additional services as appropriate
Required Qualifications
  • Must have a computer, phone, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
  • Available for at least 20 hours per week during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Central)
  • Willingness to learn about the legal field and the company's marketing approach
  • Familiarity with Zoom Phone and Zoho is a plus but not required
  • Must successfully complete the screening process
