Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recovery Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide claims expertise support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, and resolving various claims
• Analyze trends and provide necessary reports while ensuring compliance with state and federal policies
• Manage subrogation files and clarify complex situations related to claims errors

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of healthcare claims experience
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, during normal business hours
