Support report build, maintenance, and lifecycle, including contribution modeling, R&M, and RFP documents
Maintain benchmark reporting and assist with planning to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Collaborate with Analyst and Client teams, leveraging knowledge of benefits design, cost, and funding structures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Prior internship or work experience showing increasing complexity, autonomy, and client service skills
Preferred coursework includes healthcare, HR, health economics, risk management, business, marketing, finance, or advanced math
Must obtain State Life and Health license within 90 days of hire
Requires remote work setup with uninterrupted focus
