Job Summary

A company is looking for a Banking Ops Specialist for a 3+ month contract role located in Islandia, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Answers service calls and responds to customer questions to ensure accurate information delivery
• Drafts daily proofs and reconciliations compliant with corporate accounting and control policies
• Processes payments, tickets, and online entries, ensuring accuracy and proper safeguarding of work

Required Qualifications

• Prior banking experience
• Knowledge of due diligence involving CIP, KYC, and OFAC regulations
• Familiarity with the D1 Application Management system
• Understanding of banking procedures and compliance regulations
• Knowledge of CIP requirements, including review of Lexis Nexis
