Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, lead, and oversee Revenue Cycle Specialists, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to processes
• Analyze revenue streams and recommend pricing changes to maximize revenue and profitability
• Monitor team efficiency and ensure compliance with established policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or business operations, preferably in healthcare
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
• 1-3 years of people management experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of revenue cycle practices
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Microsoft Access experience preferred
