Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, process, and review company pay runs, including biweekly and commission payments
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and coordinate with third-party vendors for wage garnishments and tax reporting
  • Collaborate with the accounting team for payroll-related accounting and participate in payroll audits
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of payroll experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with payroll systems conversions and/or payroll integrations
