Prepare, process, and review company pay runs, including biweekly and commission payments
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and coordinate with third-party vendors for wage garnishments and tax reporting
Collaborate with the accounting team for payroll-related accounting and participate in payroll audits
Required Qualifications
3-7+ years of payroll experience
Associate's degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
Experience with payroll systems conversions and/or payroll integrations
