Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Vice President - Major Accounts to lead a sales team focused on Verizon.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales execution for the Calix Portfolio, including Intelligent Access Edge and Cloud Applications
• Meet and exceed established sales goals while developing and executing sales strategies
• Manage the sales pipeline, provide revenue forecasts, and support the development of product and marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
• In-depth understanding of cloud-enabled business solutions and telecommunications network technologies
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and territory management
• 15+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office applications
