Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide customer support for software applications used within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for both vendor and in-house developed applications
• Monitor application systems, manage data, and perform troubleshooting and root cause analyses
• Support application conversion and implementation projects while ensuring security access for information systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Foundational knowledge of the insurance industry
• Experience with Insurance Agency Management Systems and related applications
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience in DevOps, Jira, or equivalent development tools (preferred)
