Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician (Remote / Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, resolving customer issues or escalating as necessary
  • Create and manage support tickets in accordance with established processes
  • Support test events related to products and services
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1+ years of related IT systems experience
  • DoD 8570 IAT-2 or higher compliance required (SEC+ or higher)
  • Experience with service desk ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Technical proficiency with browsers, mobile devices, and personal computers
  • Reliable internet service for remote work is essential
