Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Associate to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Update the company database with information from customer calls
• Collaborate with management on data entry and miscellaneous projects
• Service accounts by making and receiving calls to and from clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-20 or 2044 License is required
• Minimum two years' experience in a customer service role
• Knowledgeable in Auto, Home, Flood, Condo, Inland Marine/Jewelry, Builders Risk, and Reinsurance
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
