Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist to guide patients through their services using a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Send letters to patients when contact cannot be made and respond to patient needs via email in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally with customers, troubleshoot equipment issues, and verify order details
• Document interactions, assist in achieving departmental goals, and escalate patient concerns to supervisors

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative roles or customer service
• Two years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one year in a similar role
• Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
• Technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
