Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead PAP Specialist who will oversee the retail team and ensure compliance with department protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze claim audits to ensure timely submissions per Medicare guidelines
• Handle escalated phone calls from patients or insurance companies and provide guidance to staff
• Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices, ensuring timely delivery of equipment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Three (3) years of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services required
• Two (2) years of HME claims experience preferred
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment that routinely bills insurance is considered
