Key Responsibilities

• Review denied claims and conduct root cause analysis to identify denial drivers
• Collaborate with billing vendors to communicate denial insights and facilitate appeals
• Track appeal outcomes and monitor denial resolution, recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in medical accounts receivable or denial management
• Proven expertise in inpatient and outpatient billing, preferably in specific service lines
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, and payer authorization rules
• Familiarity with CARC/RARC denial codes and claim management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR platforms
