Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee accounting operations and quote-to-cash systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close by driving reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting
• Run accounts payable, leading vendor onboarding and disbursements
• Protect revenue integrity by partnering with Sales to ensure accurate pipeline management and invoicing

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in accounting/finance with hands-on close ownership (CPA preferred)
• Strong experience in QuickBooks and proven track record with NetSuite or ERP migration
• Familiarity with Salesforce Q2C workflows and comfort debugging fields/flows
• Understanding of Stripe and ASC 606 compliance in a SaaS revenue model
• Clear communicator who can partner cross-functionally
