Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture strategic client relationships, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor

• Develop and maintain detailed account plans that highlight growth areas and upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles, preferably in digital agencies or technology companies
• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing relationships with strategic clients
• Proven success in identifying growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, Analytics, CRM)
• Solid knowledge of web technologies and digital customer acquisition models
